I’m very excited to announce this morning that my first guest post at Food Renengade is online! It’s called How To Find Your Real Food Style.
When we start moving to real food the first impulse is to copy what others do … their menus, their recipes, etc. Ordinarily when we learn something new modeling other successes works out really well. But when it comes to food we need to be very careful to avoid disrupting the food patterns our family is used to in an abrupt fashion. Modeling others can easily create an abrupt change. My post at Food Renegade is all about how to avoid that. Hope you’ll drop by and leave a comment

Very practical!!! Thank you for sharing! It’s so easy to get overwhelmed. But, slow and steady wins the race!
I love this post
When I first started transitioning to real food, I was jumping from one bandwagon to the next trying to follow the “perfect” real food diet. It took me awhile to figure out my real food style, but I think I’m finally getting there now
Thanks for sharing with Old-Fashioned Friday!
Thank you for your submission on Nourishing Treasures’ Make Your Own! Monday link-up.
