I lived in China for two years teaching English at a public school among other places. At the school we got lunch and when that lunch was shrimp, they were actually green. That was the most visible example, but I often wondered exactly what kind of chemicals I was ingesting there on a daily basis. Not to mention the what was in the air.

Yuck Daniel! The stories you hear about chinese food are pretty scary, but you’ve seen it first hand. Thanks for sharing it with us :-)
