Welcome to Scratch Cookin’ Tuesday here at Mrs Dull’s Nourished Kitchen! This is a real food carnival where those who blog about real food issues come together to link up their popular posts and their favorite “from scratch” recipes.

Feel free to link up your real food recipe posts, your take on real food news, your opinions on real food and health related matters, and issues related to small scale farming and local food. Can’t wait to see what everyone links!

Guidelines for Participating

  • Please link up your blog post using the Linky Tools widget below. If you are posting a recipe, only Real Food recipes are permitted please! This means no processed food ingredients with the possible of exception of unbleached white flour and some sugar as concessions to Grandma’s cooking. Please no Velveeta, Crisco, canned soups, evaporated milk or Bisquick, no soy or margarine. Posts that do not qualify as Real Food will be deleted.
  • Always link to the URL of your blog post and not your home page.
  • Don’t forget to link to this post from your blog post and leave a comment.

Last week I posted all the links to either Facebook or Twitter or Pinterest, or maybe all three ;-) I’ll work on getting the word out for as many as I can throughout the week.

So here we go! Let’s link!
